Take the average size of each of your podcasts files.
Multiply that by the number of people who download each episode.
Multiply that by the number of shows you release each month.
If you have 200 people downloading a podcast that is 20 MB, that’s 20 x 200 = 4000 MB or 4 GB of data transfer for each show.
If you release four shows each month, this adds up to 16 GB of transfer per month.
